Meet Our Chef
Chef Mark brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to the table, with formal training in French techniques from Le Cordon Bleu College of the Culinary Arts. His career spans a wide range of roles, including R&D for food manufacturing, where he crafted recipes and products for both food service distribution and retail shelves.
He’s led back-of-house operations in diverse settings – from chef-driven farm-to-table restaurants to high-volume corporate dining, luxury hotels, and catering celebrity events alongside Wolfgang Puck. Mark also has experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, adding elegant desserts and crave-worthy baked goods to his culinary repertoire.
Known for his creativity and versatility, Chef Mark is skilled in a variety of global cuisines, including Contemporary American, Southern, Latin, Italian, Asian, Indian, and Mediterranean. Whether crafting new dishes or refining the classics, he brings passion and skill to every dish he creates.

Our Story
The origins of our company are based on quality, hand-trimmed cuts of meat. By blending a butcher’s expertise and a perfect combination of spices with a knack for cooking, we came up with our first product – a tender, juicy pot roast in a rich brown gravy. This dish became the cornerstone inspiration for the food we cook today.
